PROJECT OVERVIEW

Masterplanned community over 120ha site delivering 1,500 lots, commercial neighbourhood centre centre and a Primary School with associated sporting amenities

Significant infrastructure upgrades were required to bring the projects site to development ready status. Extensive liaison with Main Roads and PTA in relation to future transport related upgrades to Marmion Ave, Mitchell Freeway and the rail extension to Yanchep. Along with standard service upgrades to sewer, water, power and communications.

SCOPE

Development Manager responsible for all statutory planning approvals, engagement of project consultants, management and preparation of Local Structure Plan and subdivision approval, demographic analysis and sales and marketing strategy.
