Development Manager responsible for feasibility analysis, statutory planning approvals, environmental approvals, subdivision approvals, service extensions, engagement and management of project consultants, management of all tendering and construction works, extensive landscaping, builder display village and sales office, project funding and sales and marketing strategy.
