PROJECT OVERVIEW

Comprised of 4 definable project areas over 520 hectares, Alkimos Beach, Alkimos Vista, Alkimos Central and Alkimos Foreshore. The project at full capacity will house 50,000 residents and create 13,500 jobs within the Central precinct.

Significant infrastructure upgrades were required to bring the projects site to development ready status. Extensive liaison with Main Roads and PTA in relation to future transport related upgrades to Marmion Ave, Mitchell Freeway and the rail extension to Yanchep. Along with standard service upgrades to sewer, water, power and communications.

Alkimos was the first development in Australia to be accredited with 6 stars under the Green Star rating.

SCOPE

Development Manager responsible for statutory planning and environmental approvals, infrastructure upgrades, land owner group representative on developer contribution scheme, engagement of project consultants, lot yield analysis and feasibility, appointment of development partner, management of development agreement with development partner.
